MAXFRONT COMMITMENT TO CLIENTS AND EMPLOYEES COVID-19. In the face of the outbreak of the novel COVID-19 (Coronavirus) in our country and the rest of the world, we would like to assure you that our thoughts are with you at this tough time. As global concern about the current COVID-19 outbreak grows, we’re doing our best to stay healthy and safe in the workplace while also minimizing the disruptions to our day-to-day operations.
We understand the current outbreak is worrying, and we want to share with you some steps to take to stay safe because the safety and well-being of our employees and our clients are always our priority.
Since the virus is highly contagious and there’s currently no vaccine, we all need to:
- Stay at home if we are sick
- Refrain from traveling to an infected city or high-risk country
Stay at home if we’ve had contact with a potentially infected person
Do proper cough and sneeze hygiene —cover your nose or mouth with a tissue or your elbow — not your hand — and discard the tissue immediately after.
Wash your hands regularly Use warm soapy water to wash your hands for at least 20 seconds, or the time it takes to sing “Happy Birthday” twice. Always wash after using the restroom, eating, drinking, coughing, or sneezing, and do so at regular intervals throughout the day. Remember that proper handwashing remains the best way to prevent transmission of the virus. Alternatively, alcohol-based hand sanitizer is useful as well.
- Stop touching our faces — objects that we commonly touch — are the primary way the disease is spreading. Reduce the chance of transmission from a fomite, like a doorknob, by keeping your hands away from your eyes, nose, and mouth.
- Rely on virtual communication when possible —To cut down on human-to-human contact, please cancel in-person meetings and communicate via videoconferencing or phone calls.
As a company, we are taking these preventative and precautionary actions as we focus on health, safety, and business continuity, and being your trusted technology provider of choice.
- We strictly limit visitors and non-essential personnel from accessing our office facilities. This includes personal visitors and non-essential business visits from vendors, clients, and suppliers.
Provide ongoing and transparent communications for our employees regarding our continuity plans and new preventive measures.
Provide alcohol-based hand sanitizers and tissues around the office for proper use
- Increase the frequency of cleaning to ensure the workplace remains as hygienic as possible.
- We also advise our employees who can work from home to do so.
- We provide uninterrupted assistance which you might require this period. You can count on our Support Team for a 24/7 Support and a prompt response.
Our client’s business continuity is a priority for us. We want to minimize service disruptions or impacts to your business. Our goal is to offer the level of quality, responsiveness, and support that you have come to expect from us. https://web.facebook.com/maxfronttech/posts/2534885443418110?__tn__=K-R
